The links below are to the Expanded Environmental Notification Form (EENF) and the Environmental Justice Form.  These documents provide an overview of the proposed Salem Wind Terminal Project.  The Project has been submitted to the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA), which oversees aspects of the permitting process under the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA).  For more information about how to comment on the EENF, click here to submit your comments on the State’s website. As the design and permitting process moves forward throughout the rest of this year and into 2023, additional permit information will be provided as it becomes available.
